Connect Medical Clinic | The mission of Connect Medical Clinic is born out of a desire to walk with those facing an unplanned pregnancy.  Instead of feeling alone, afraid, and disconnected from support, patients at Connect discover they are strong, empowered, and surrounded by a community of support. Our expanded sexual health services allow us to foster relationships with sexually active youth, positioning ourselves as their trusted healthcare partners in the face of possible exposure to an STI/STD or unplanned pregnancy.

Domestic Violence Rape Crisis Center (DVRCC) | 
Our mission is Love Without Fear.

From the time of incorporation in 1979 Domestic Violence and Rape Crisis Center (DVRCC) has attempted to meet four major goals:

  • To consolidate under a single administration management of the region’s services to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault.
  • To secure physical safety for these individuals and their families.
  • To make available to domestic violence and sexual assault victims the sustained support that enables them to break the cycle of abuse.
  • To educate the community about abusive relationships.

Hope’s Landing |  Hope’s Landing (Western Edge Ministry) is a Sober Living Facility, welcoming all those who desire recovery from addictions in a safe, supporting and accountable setting.  We see our home as a family working together to achieve sobriety, work and life skills; plus, the confidence and strength to attain the hopes and goals they have set, thereby blessing themselves, their families and the community.

Home & Community Based Services Low-Income Elderly Women  |  We assist functionally elderly/disabled achieve and maintain independence in their homes by providing resources to them. Contact: 701-456-7675

272 women over the age of 65 are living in poverty in Dickinson. Of those 272 women, 196 are over 75 years old. Who are they? You see them everywhere, but you likely don’t recognize them. They are the silent poor of our community. Women whose total monthly income is less than the average 30-year-old woman’s student loan payment! 

How do they do it? Some access resources such as housing assistance, heating assistance and food stamps. Even with these resources, their disposable income is less than what the average woman spends on coffee every month. They go without. They do without. They survive.

Women’s Way  |   North Dakota’s Breast and Cervical Cancer Early Detection Program is available to eligible North Dakota women ages 40 through 64. Women’s Way may provide a way to pay for pelvic exams, Pap tests, clinical breast exams, and mammograms. Women’s Way is now also available to women ages 21 to 39 who meet specific eligibility requirements. Once eligible, women can make an appointment at almost any clinic in North Dakota. SBA’s Office of Women’s Business Ownership the federal government office charged to help women become full partners in economic development through small business ownership. Provides programs to support women entrepreneurs from business start-up to expansion through a variety of services and resources.

Girl Develop It is a nonprofit organization that exists to provide affordable and judgment-free opportunities for women interested in learning web and software development. Through in-person classes and community support, Girl Develop It helps women of diverse backgrounds achieve their technology goals and build confidence in their careers and everyday lives.

AAUW offers American Fellowships, Career Development Grants, Community Action Grants, International Fellowships, International Project Grants, Selected Professions Grant and Research Publication Grant in Engineering, Medicine & Science.
